Continuing Education and Professional Studies Division
Created
in 1979 to foster the professional development of health professionals,
the School of Pharmacy Continuing Education and Professional
Studies Division (DECEP – Farmacia) sponsors and coordinates
continuing educational activities addressing current pharmacy
topics and health related issues and problems. DECEP is accredited
by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE),
the Health Professionals Examining Boards in the Island and
the Puerto Rico Medical Board, as a continuing education provider
for the majority of health professionals in the Island.
